Soft And Pillowy Gluten Free Gnocchi Just As Perfect As Dreamed They Would Be And Now A Little Cheaper Too

Does anybody remember when I raved about the gluten free gnocchi that I had while eating a little while back? Okay, so I had them again recently from Palermos and they were just as delicious as they were the first time and reminded of the amazing gluten free gnocchis that I bought to try at home not too long ago. These gluten free gnocchis are made for us courtesy of DeLallo Italian Foods, who have put together a number of other standout gluten free Italian products but for me the star are their unique gnocchis.  Delallo Gnocchi Blog Pics (2)  It’s extremely rare to be able to find gluten free gnocchi, let alone authentically Italian ones that haven’t been coated in gluten filled flour. However, thanks to DeLallo, you can now get your hands on some gluten free gnocchi straight from Italy and taste every bit of it. They’re light and airy just like little pillows and absorb any sauce flavor spectacularly. They really are little bites of heaven! You ready to try them yet? Okay, well not yet because you can save a little on your gluten free Delallo purchase with this $1/1 coupon on their site. So hurry up, print this coupon and head out to your local grocer, I found mine at Wegmans, and pick up some of these fo rdinner tonight!

Schar Not Only Offers Fresh Gluten Free Bread But Also Frozen Now, At Half The Cost Too!

schar_logo

I must admit, ever since my early days of gluten free living I’ve tried to steer clear of any loaf of bread that resides in the freezer. I just remember the very first loaf of gluten free bread that I tried, the misshapen slices of bread that I had to chisel away from the frozen loaf not only looked unappetizing but tasted and felt just how I had feared. Needless to say, ever since then I’ve not tried any loaves of gluten free bread that come from the freezer.

Being an avid bread consumer for the years prior to going gluten free, I suppose made me a harsher critic to one of the hardest gluten free products to make and make well. I’ve had this idea that gluten free bread would one day resemble regular breads with a light and airy texture and even be able to sit on the shelves alongside it’s counterparts in the grocery store with a similar price tag. While some parts of that dream are slowly coming to fruition, we still remain far off on others. Don’t get me wrong, more recently I’ve tasted some phenomenal gluten free breads out there from my daily choice of Schar to Canyon Bakehouse, Bread SRLY, and Udi’s, proving that we have come leaps and bounds from my earlier days of discolored, misshapen, and yucky tasting frozen gluten free bread.

While I was grocery shopping the other day I noticed that one of my favorite gluten free brands. who just released gluten free bagels. also added frozen loaves of bread to their brand too. Even though frozen bread doesn’t usually appeal to me, seeing Schar’s logo in the freezer case did and I couldn’t help but be intrigued by it’s taste and flavor. Even though I haven’t tasted it yet, I should also mention a huge pro for this product and that’s the price. At my Shop Rite, there frozen loaf of bread costs $2.99 versus it’s fresh, shelf counterpart which costs $5.99. A huge savings and a definite pro to push me into trying it out but not without printing out this coupon first.

If you’re interested in trying Schar’s frozen loaves of bread then make sure you save $2 on one each loaf when you do. Let me know what you think!

Lindsay

In The Mood For A Premade, Full Size Gluten Free Pizza? You’re In Luck, Freschetta Has Come To The Rescue!

Freschetta Plain

In light of the recent debut of Freschetta’s gluten free pizzas in my local grocer’s freezer case, I thought I’d pass along a Freschetta coupon too! Since I’ve only just seen these pizzas locally, I have yet to actually taste one, but in the past, Freschetta was always my favorite for a quick, ready to cook pizza. While I certainly love taking the cheaper route and making my own pizzas, either with Bob’s Red Mill mix or Udi’s or Schar premade crusts, we’ve all had those lazy nights where you just wish that you could plop something in the oven to cook for 10-15 minutes without any prep besides placing it on a baking sheet.

Well, thanks to Freschetta we can do just that. Finally, a mainstream pizza brand has produced a gluten free pizza that’s full size and equivalent to the regular, non-gluten free version. They offer two varieties of thin and crispy gluten free pies, a four cheese which is right up my alley and a pepperoni looking equally as tasty. Is your mouth watering yet? I know, mine is too; that’s why I’m going to print my coupon and head over to my Shop Rite to snag one of these pizzas for a rainy day, or maybe just for tonight’s dinner! Make sure you print your coupon here and save $1.50 on your gluten free pie!

Save On Your Gluten Free Silk Soymilk Today

Silk

Even though I’m technically just gluten free and not dairy free, I do try to limit my dairy intake where possible. Since having my little girl, I’ve really be drawn to the health benefits of coconut and almond milk. I’ve loved using both in my smoothies, gluten free baking, or just grabbing a glass to drink. One of my favorite brands is Silk, a gluten and dairy free staple that has graced my family’s presence for a number of years since my little food allergy nephew was born. While I’ve bought and served my nephew Silk on a number of occasions, I myself hadn’t actually tried it until a couple of years ago. Now, I love the stuff, especially the coconut, almond, or combination of both varieties. One of my favorite flavors to drink by far though is the Dark Chocolate Almondmilk. If you haven’t added Silk Soymilk to your gluten free life you absolutely should try it, but make sure you print this coupon first. Enjoy!

Pacific Organic Gluten Free Soups

logo-pnf

In the gluten free world it’s quite difficult to find a good and safe bowl of soup. A major brand that reminds probably each one of us of a warm childhood memory is Campbell’s Soup. Unfortunately Campbell’s Soups, as similar to many soups in restaurants and at your local grocery store, contain wheat and are thus off limits to those that are gluten free. Sadly, I had to say goodbye to nice warm bowls of chicken noodle and tomato soup on those cold winter days until I came upon Pacific Soups. Pacific is a huge brand of organic products ranging from drinks to soups to broths of all kinds. One of my favorite products though is their Creamy Tomato soup which is deliciously gluten free. More than just the Creamy Tomato soup is gluten free though, they offer so many gluten free soups and other products so be sure to check out Pacific’s gluten free products. See something that you want to try? Maybe that fantastic Creamy Tomato soup, which has by the way turned into my daughter’s new favorite lunch? Print out this coupon here and save a little on your purchase!

Sincerely,

Lindsay
